The hotel had a small room and bathroom compared to other budget hotels, but it was clean and cozy. Unfortunately, it wasn't as comfortable as anticipated, and our room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4 pm. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with hard-working and friendly staff offering a top-notch breakfast. The location was ideal for the Derby Beer Festival, conveniently close to the station and with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants. The dining experience provided good value with a decent selection, but not extensive. Facilities were satisfactory, albeit with minor maintenance issues. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
The hotel had clean and comfy rooms, but the setup was not ideal for a family of four. The location was excellent, near various event venues and the town center. The dining options were good but lacked variety. Overall, a positive stay with some room for improvement.
